Warranty Policy

Register your products and get extended warranty

1） 6 Months Extended warranty: In addition to our regular 18 months warranty, Amazon buyers can extend the warranty on their RSHTECH products to 2 years.
2）If you bought your product from the RSHTECH website you are already granted an extended warranty; no extension is needed.
Note: Warranty extension is not valid for used or resale products.


What does this warranty cover?


During the warranty period from the date of purchase, if the product is found to have defects in material or workmanship, we will, at our sole discretion:

● Replace the product at no charge with the same or a comparable product.
● If a replacement is not available, issue a refund.

Replaced products and parts become our property and will not be returned to you. Any service required after the warranty period expires will incur additional labor and parts charges. Warranty coverage will terminate if you sell or transfer the product to another party.



What does the warranty not cover?

This warranty does not cover:

● Improper use or installation of the product.
● Damage to the product's appearance.
● Products that are resold.
● Damage resulting from natural disasters, such as lightning strikes, tornadoes, or other acts of nature.
● Accidental damage.
● Misuse or negligence.
● Modifications to any part of the product.
● Connection to an incorrect voltage supply.
● Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility.


How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request additional information or photos to process your claim. If the product is found to be defective under warranty, we will offer a replacement. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
